This is from last summer, but we are adding English translation of the updates from Fukushima.

This is my grandparents' vegetable garden.
After the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, they had to scrape the surface soil by 5cm
to decontaminate it. After that vegetables could not grow easily.

This is a photograph of young potato plants in May.
My little brother dug potatoes in July, steamed them with butter and ate them.

This photograph was taken sometime in July when the garden soil was becoming rich
and vegetables were grown.
There are many kinds of vegetables such as tomatoes and Morocco kidney beans.
